Admissions

Our admissions policy organises how students are accepted and enrolled, in line with Ministry of Education regulations and the following age requirements:

Kindergarten:

  • KG1: children aged 3 and above
  • KG2: children aged 4 and above
  • Pre-K (KG3): children aged 5 and above who have not yet reached the admission age for Grade 1.

Primary School:

  • Grade 1: children who are at least 5 years and 9 months old on the first day of the school year (per Ministry of Education guidelines).
  • Grade 2 and above: students who have successfully completed the previous grade, as shown by an official, certified document.

1. The student must pass the school’s diagnostic assessments and personal interview, as well as an English placement test.

2. The student or parent submits a file with the following documents:

  • Birth certificate or a certified copy
  • Copy of a valid national ID or residence permit (Iqama)
  • Certificates of completion of previous grades (for Grade 2 and above)
  • Medical certificate from a health centre or hospital confirming the student is free of contagious disease
  • Copy of the vaccination record
  • 4 passport-size photos
  • Medical record
  • Registration form completed and signed by the parent or guardian

Tuition fees are paid in full or in installments according to the school’s financial policy.

Payment methods

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to the school’s account:

Discounts

  • 5% discount for the second sibling.
  • 5% discount when the full year’s fees are paid upfront.

How to pay

  • Returning students pay fees in the first week of each term. New students pay at registration, plus an advance of SAR 4,000 for the second term, which is refundable if the student withdraws in the second term.
  • Students must be re-registered with the stage administration when moving from one stage to the next.
  • A student is considered enrolled for the full year unless the parent notifies the school otherwise at least 15 days before the school year begins. On withdrawal, the terms set out in the contract apply.
  • A student’s file cannot be withdrawn during the first or second term until the full installment has been paid.
  • Student files, academic and administrative letters will not be issued until all outstanding fees are settled.
  • Paying the full year upfront is preferred for families who are able to.
  • Parents must pay on the scheduled dates. If fees are not paid on time, the school regrets that it cannot re-register the student, and the place will be offered to another student.
  • The school is not responsible for lost or damaged textbooks.

Withdrawal

Tuition for the full term becomes due to the school on the first day of classes. If a student withdraws, the school will deduct the amount specified in the financial contract between the school and the parent.
